Polident d.d., a joint-stock company, is the leading company in Slovenia for the production of dentistry products and has been operating since 1958, the year when the production of acrylic teeth started.

In the past the factory operated within the company Poligalant, since 1989, however, it operates on its own, since it wanted to materialize some of its own ideas and strategies. One of these was an intensive appearance on markets abroad where the majority of its products is now exported to. This was not the case up to the year 1990 when the factory produced above all for the domestic market.

The company Polident today, produces high quality products taking care at the same time of an ecologically sound production and paying special attention to their clients, suppliers and employees. The design evolvement and the trend of the researches in the company is to constantly improve the products and to adapt these to the desires and requests of the clients. The products of Polident have established themselves in Slovenia as well as in the countries of the European union, in Central Europe, in the Near and Middle East, in Australia and America. The quality of the products, the customer-oriented flexibility to adapt to the requests and the correct quality to price proportion are all reasons for a constant enlargement of the Polident clientele.

All our products, which are continuously under experts´ supervision, are made of innoxious high-quality materials. Special attention is also paid to their safety. The whole production process is in accordance with the requested quality standards ISO 9001 and EN 46001.
