BIOFARM was established in 1992. Over this period of 11 years the company has been developing by following the model of a modern, open business policy. Within its scope of activities the company develops in several directions. BIOFARM operates as a wholesale druggist.

The company is the agent and distributor of several world famous trademarks - MILUPA, SEBAMED, WELEDA, PHARMADOCT. It is a great pleasure for having brought to our market the products known for their outstanding quality acknowledged during many years of use and recognised as being continuously improved.

BIOFARM developed also a chain of its own retail drugstores specialized in medicinal herbs products in order to establish a better contact with end-users of our products and services. Our aim is to offer a large variety of products to our customers and to provide them with the best possible information given by our professional staff.

Right from the beginning the company has started developing its own production and now it is the activity we would like to focus on. At present, we have in our own premises the production of cosmetic products, herbal-dietetic preparations in capsular form and teas in filter bags. Permanent improving of skills of out professional staff, continuous enhancement of quality are the principles we foster in our production. We in Biofarm have decided for the preparations on the basis of medicinal herbs, whose quality is based both on scientific-research knowledge and traditional approach to the use of medicinal herbs. Medicinal herbs have always been the man´s true companions in maintaining of health. Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, prescribed back in the year 400 B.C. to his patients tea and powder of willow bark to cure fever and headache. Healing with herbal remedies has shown a real boom over the last ten years and has got the position it deserves in modern science with its own researches and databases.
